As part of our commitment to customer service, we are working with Customer Sure to allow patients to give feedback on the service we provide. When you attend the practice, we may occasionally ask you to complete our customer sure survey. These results are then displayed on the home page of our website.
If you wish to comment on any aspect of our service, or would like to complete a survey, please click on the Customer Service tab on the website.
Just to let everyone know that there is a "You said, we did" section accessible by using the customer service tab on the left hand side of the web site page. This is where we respond to any comments left on the surveys by patients.
ReplyDeleteAs a result of the Dec11-Feb12 survey we have posted some information about the times when our car park is at its busiest so that Patients can make appointments for quieter times, if they so wish. Have a look on the "You Said, We did" tab once you have clicked on the Customer Service tab or ask at Reception for further details.
