Important message to our patients

The Practice has been served with documentation by Sunderland Council which is the legal mechanism to force us to leave our building by the end of February 2015. Negotiations are under way with the Council. We are working hard in the meantime to ensure that all our patients continue to receive the service that you have come to expect. We shall update you on our website, on Facebook, and by newsletter.
