National Smile Month 2014

Today sees the start of National Smile Month! This is a campaign run by the the British Dental Health Foundation and aims to promote key oral health messages, in a fun way. These messages are:

1. Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste.
2. Cut down on how often your have sugary drinks and snacks.
3. Visit the dentist regularly, as often as they recommend.

At Wessington Way, we are getting into the Smile Month spirit.We have free samples to give away and you will have the chance to enter our great competitions, watch this space!
